The Programme 
The Department offers a 3-year MCA programme in :

 

  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA), with an annual intake of 60 students.

The Staff 
The Department has about 11 members of faculty and 3 technical supporting staff, with 1 Professor, 2 Associate Professors, 8 Assistant Professors in the department.

Distinctions 


The Infrastructure 
The Department includes three laboratories. The laboratories house 100 computer systems, connected to the campus-wide LAN. The laboratories are equipped with various software C, C++, Oracle, Visual Studio, Java and Case Tools.

Industry-Institution Interaction 
Experts from the IT industry are invited to deliver lectures on subjects of current interest. The faculty are encouraged to undergo practical training in the industry in the latest/emerging technologies.
